Good use of technology keeps us up to date with the many different mortage lenders and buy to let mortgage schemes available. Software is updated daily so the data is always current. But software cannot solve all problems, so we are in constant contact with lenders to ensure we know their lending criteria and can successfully place a clients mortgage.

We are often able to help clients who have approached other lenders and brokers.  The buy to let market is different to the residential mortgage market and our detailed knowledge enables us to arrange even the more difficult loans.

Mortgages can only be arranged for properties located in the UK. However, we do arrange morgages for numerous clients who live in other parts of the world but choose to buy properties here. Again knowledge and good use of technology means that these ex pat clients still get the excellent and comprehensive service we are recommended for.
